Dr. Li is a PhD in Cell Biology, Interdisciplinary Research Center on Biology and Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China. He received his B.S. in Biology, Jinan University, China. De-An’s research in the lab covers a range of topics including AI, deep learning, Nanopore sequencing, and Spatial single-cell transcriptomics with applications to understanding of cardiovascular development and diseases.
